Strasser Dressage Show Schedule and Results

 

Jen will be showing her own horses Ripple and Rascaletta as well as many of her clients horses. Below is show info and results. Thanks for following our progress.

 

Show season starts with a quick class at Silverwood Farms Dressage Show on Friday May 8th for Ripple who will be doing 2-3.

 

UPDATE:  Ripple's debut at the show on Friday was a great success.  He received a 64.116% for his first time down the centerline and was a champ to show out of the trailer.  We are so very proud and looking forward to Lamplight this coming weekend!

 

Our next show will be Lamplight Dressage on May 15-17, with Ripple, Kyrie and Adonia.  Ripple will show second level, Kyrie will show fourth level and Adonia will be experiencing the showgrounds and warmups non-compete. 

 

UPDATE:  Lamplight went well and Ripple received his first qualifying score at 2-3 of 69% just his third time down the centerline.  Kyrie received two 61% scores at 4-3 and Adonia was a very good girl for her first time to a show, with all the activity including the ring drag and the watering truck.  All in all a very nice weekend.  Thank you to my clients and friends for the help and support at the show.  You all made it so much easier and fun!

We will be attending Fields and Fences (including in-hand) with Ripple, Rascaletta, Kyrie on June 19-21st in Gurnee, IL.  Rascaletta will be shown in-hand Sport Horse and Hanoverian, Ripple will be working at 2/3 and Kyrie will show at 4/2 and 4/3.

 

Results from Fields and Fences:

 

Ripple received his second qualifying score at second level, 66.098%  He had a good show and placed well.  Very proud of him.  Judges comments "Talented Horse" and "Super Talent".  Looking forward to showing him again in July.

 

Rascaletta is now qualified in hand sport horse for Regional Finals!  She had a great first outing and behaved in both the trailer and the stall like a seasoned veteran.  We so love her.

 

Kyrie was somewhat challenging, but she improved throughout the weekend and had multiple blue ribbons.
